Husky Coil Guard is a highly concentrated balanced formula industrial strength coil cleaner. Coil Guard is used to remove tenacious deposits of grease, oil, dirt and salt from the surface of condenser and evaporator coils. This specially blended hydrous solution of alkalies and surfactants has superior wetting ability which loosens the most stubborn soils and dirts quickly, so they can easily be flushed from the surface by low pressure rinsing. Husky Coil Guard's "Moderate Foaming" tendency helps to maintain longer surface contact time for improved cleaning. Husky Coil Guard's free rinsing formula aids in making cleanup easy. Coil Guard is environmentally friendly and is biodegradable. Husky Coil Guard removes the "tough stuff" which deposits on condenser and evaporator coils from the air stream, leaving a clean coil surface which improves operating efficiency. Some studies have confirmed a clean coil can improve heat transfer efficiency by as much as 15%. This means operating costs go down.
PRODUCT APPLICATIONS:
Husky Coil Guard is used for the regular cleaning of coated or uncoated coils. Husky Coil Guard is used at low to moderate concentrations. Husky Coil Guard is so highly concentrated that for most industrial applications as little as a 2-6% solution by volume with water is sufficient to produce effective results. A powerful surface cleaner, Coil Guard may also be used to clean other metal or concrete surfaces. As little as 5 gallons of concentrate can make up to 200 gallons of cleaner. This means that Husky Coil Guard is more economical and versatile then many other coil cleaners. We provide the concentrate; You provide the water.
