Gears of all sizes can be produced. These barge unloading gears are 84" O.D. and made of 4340 steel. We supply spiral bevel, worm gears, unloading gears, spline gears and gear racks. We supply main shafts, vertical shafts, trunnion shafts, and fan shafts. We have some main shafts in stock. Most gears for pulverizers are ready for shipment in 16 to 20 weeks. Special arrangements can be made on custom gears. All gearing is guaranteed to work as well or better than O.E.M. products.
Regal can reverse engineer gearing and shafts too old for other manufacturers. If there are no prints, we will simply need the worn gear or shaft to make new prints and supply the new item. Call us for any gear or shaft item needed.
