This culminates into a high performing, versatile, and cost effective linear motion system. Lo Pro Basic Systems are available in four sizes with the ability to handle a wide range of loads making them an excellent choice for many applications.

Technical Information The Basic Lo Pro System is available in four sizes making Lo Pro the natural selection for your application. Our manufacturing facility can quickly and cost effectively build your system to any length. In most cases the system can be shipped within two days of receipt of order. Basic Lo Pro Systems are an excellent choice in applications that require manual operation or where your own drive is preferred. They perform very well in dirty contaminated environments.

Each of the four sizes of Lo Pro includes precision ground extruded aluminum standard or wiper wheel plates. The wiper wheel plate provides an excellent method of lubricating the running surface of the track and wheel. The unique wiper design provides for quick and easy lubrication and replacement. The Basic Systems also include commercial wheel plates made from precision ground carbon steel plate. Commercial wheel plates are available in standard and custom sizes. The Basic Lo Pro Systems consist of our Dual-Vee wheels, bushings, and track. Our wheels are double row, angular contact bearings which have high load, high speed and long life capabilities. Our standard track is cold formed AISI 1045 carbon steel, induction hardened to a minimum of 59 Rockwell C. Lo Pro is also available with AISI 440C stainless steel wheels and AISI 420 stainless steel track.
