Seattle, WA (Marketwired) - Sharpe Mixers, Inc. has announced that they custom manufacture USDA-approved liquid agitation equipment which can be engineered and built for a wide range of portable and permanent mixing applications.

Sharpe Custom Sanitary Mixers are engineered and manufactured to customer specifications to match their agitation requirements relative to process, configuration, mounting, drive, seal, impeller type, installation, service-ability, approvals, and more. Designed to specific customer requirements for mixing viscosities from 1.0 to 50,000 cps, these sanitary mixersare typically compact, robust, USDA-approved, and ASME-BPE compliant.

Available with various impellers for high flow, low shear, gas dispersion, and solids suspension mixing, Sharpe Custom Sanitary Mixers can be equipped with motors ranging from 1/12 to 1/2 HP in various voltages, straight or right angle drives, and shafts from 3/4" to 1-1/4" dia., with wetted parts made from 316L stainless steel or higher alloys and can be polished or electro-polished with surface finishes of 20, 15, 10 Ra or finer.
