In July 1993, STEBBINS successfully completed a field construction contract for Weyerhaeuser involving the design, engineering and field erection of the Filtrate Tank, pictured.

The reinforced concrete cover is supported by the tile/concrete walls shown. The cover is designed to carry 300 tons of structural steel and mechanical equipment. During the construction period, the job site experienced record rainfall. Even with these adverse conditions, STEBBINS was able to turn over the completed tank three weeks ahead of schedule.
