Dry sorbent injection (DSI) is a low capital cost system for control of SOx and other pollutants. Requiring only a small footprint and limited operating equipment, DSI is a good fit for plants with limited space, and can be installed with very little service interruption. This presentation compares the properties and applications of SOLVAir Select 200 trona and Select 300 sodium bicarbonate when used in this effective system.
