The Automated Felt Conditioning System has been designed and fabricated to:
| Allow the dilution and metering of acidic and alkaline cleaning solutions as well as conditioning agents from a common module – no need for multiple systems to handle this task
| Can be run in continuous feed mode as well as batch-down or batch-on-the-fly mode
| Fully integrated PLC and interactive Operator Interface Terminal allows local control at the module itself or from a centralized control room
| Unit can provide simultaneous feeds of differing composition (cleaning solution, cleaning solution + conditioning agent, conditioning agent) to multiple feed points on the felts
| Safety interlocks to prevent accidental mixing of acid and alkaline cleaning materials. High quality components - sealless pumps - use of welded piping - venting of draw-down columns back to supply container - all designed to minimize potential for leakage and possible harm to operating personnel
