The Premier 2000 pump line is a vacuum source is designed to provide efficiency at varying vacuum levels, flexibility, and durability while offering exclusive performance features. In the press section, additional moisture is removed from the sheet. Felt cleaning/conditioning, which is critical to sheet dryness and run-ability, also takes place. The felt conditioning process requires a variable vacuum system. When the felt is new it retains and releases water readily. As it ages, the felt becomes more compact and a higher volume is required to remove the water. This pump features a solid stainless steel body, low profile, and capacities to 23,000 CFM.
