Flexible Steel Lacing Companytt-Rivet Solid-Plate conveyor belt fasteners are designed to provide durability in high-tension applications. They accommodate belt thicknesses ranging from 7/32–15/16 in., operate over pulley diameters down to 18 in., and are rated for conveyor belts with mechanical belt fastener ratings up to 800 PIW (pounds per inch of belt width).
The fasteners are designed to provide a tightly butted splice for sift-free operation. Fastener plates are attached to the belt ends with self-setting rivets. Each pre-assembled rivet features a breakaway pilot nail that penetrates the load-bearing belt carcass fibers without severing them, maintaining the integrity and strength of the belt carcass. The rivet-attached splice is installed on-site with a portable application tool and a hammer.
