Creep resistant, compliant and yet stable enough to be precision machined into MCF valve seat and stem seals, third party test results and extensive filed performance studies confirmed Vespel a success. After 15,000 test cycles, MCF's three piece ball valve showed no external leakage and had met the ANSI/FCD 70-2 specification for Class VI internal leakage. An operating bonus - Vespel's low coefficient of friction allows MCF Valves to utilize smaller less expensive actuators in most applications.
