will seal most equipment. It is recommended for pumps, pulpers, agitators, valves,etc. within these specifications:

Recommended Maximum Tolerance for Pumps and Dynamic Applications:

• 3600 rpm
  
• pH 2-12
  
• -40°F to +600°F
  
• -40°C to +315°C
  
• 200 psi stuffing box pressure (15 bar)

Recommended Maximum Tolerance for Valves and Static Applications:

• pH 2-12
  
• -40°F to +500°F
  
• -40°C to +260°C
  
• 1050psi (75 bar)

Self-lubricating and self-cooling, TP-4000 needs no seal water. Flush systems are eliminated and pumps operate with zero leakage. Maintenance is simple with our ON-LINE INJECTION SYSTEM. TP-4000 will also seal valves the first time for the last time.

TP-4000 is not recommended for pulp mill black liquor, lime slurries, polar petroleum distillates, nitric acid and with brass or bronze shaft sleeves.
