400 Series - Medium Pressure Hydraulic Filter Assemblies
Purolator Products has introduced a new line of 400 Series medium pressure hydraulic filter assemblies for hydraulic and lubrication applications in the industrial, automotive and mining markets. Designed to protect sensitive components such as servovalves, Purolator's 400 Series medium pressure filters are available in four different SAE-compliant, straight thread ports in sizes, 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" and 3/4". Purolator's 440 Series filters conform to AIAG standards for HF2 hydraulic filters.
Engineered with a T-type design of an anodized aluminum head and anodized forged aluminum bowl, the 400 Series filters feature flow rates of 1, 3, 6, and 12 gpms, and a maximum operating pressure of 3,000 psi. Optional bypass valves and high collapse pressure elements are available.
Purolator's filter assemblies feature filter elements constructed with Purolator's proprietary Micropleat, Microfil III and Poromesh® filter media with filtration from 1 micron to 25 microns absolute.
