Atlas Holdings LLC recently announced the acquisition of Marcal Paper Mills, LLC, a paper company based in Elmwood Park, New Jersey, by Soundview Paper Company LLC, an Atlas entity.  With the acquisition of Marcal, Soundview Paper Company is positioned to be a leading world class manufacturer and distributor of finished paper products under the Marcal Brand and for private label customers including tissue, towel and napkin products.
