The Fiberprep Helipoire is a batch pulping system designed for a range of applications including deinking, virgin pulp, old corrugated containers, and double-lined Kraft. The system consists of the Aikawa Helico pulper and the Lamort Poire/Scavenger. The pulper defibers by circulating the stock creating fiber-to-fiber shearing action. The scavenger provides external pulper extraction and first stage screening. This system offers defibering without any breakup of non-fibrous material. There is no cutting or violent action within the pulper.
