The capping valve is a 400 mm valve used in a system, which is running at 450 PSI pressure and 450 deg F. Using wood chips the lignin is melted and in the solidification binds sludge in the production of pellets.

The BIG CAP™ valves have very short takeout dimensions . The installation requires only a minimum of changes to your conveyer system and your building. You can install a BIG CAP™ without raising the roof of your facilities.
