KBC has supplied equipment and process knowledge for new systems, as well as major system rebuilds, for nearly 100 satisfied customers since 1980. The majority of these systems process OCC (Old Corrugated Containers). However, with the price fluctuations for raw materials over the past 10 years, system designs have shifted to allow the processing of a percentage of mixed waste paper.
KBC is capable of supplying complete systems from the bale conveyor to the stock storage chest. System designs are tailored to meet the customer's specific requirements with regards to raw material, water management, reject handling, and end product quality.
