Chemical and Abrasion Resistant Polyimide Packing

John Crane345 chemical and abrasion resistant polymide packing asbestos-free product is tightly interlaced braided and squared to ensure maximum sealing. It also requires minimum field adjustment due to excellent conformability and compressibility. This packing combines the high strength of polyimide with the chemical inertness of PTFE. Containing no graphite, these yarns are non-contaminating and are used to cover a wide range of fluids. It is designed to handle abrasive services at high pressures and shaft speeds. It is recommended for stock pumps, lime pumps, pulpers, screens, agitators, mixers, water, white water and mild acid services.
