Bronz-Glow Husky Coil Sheen is a highly concentrated industrial strength coil cleaner for uncoated fin tube coils and other aluminum, brass, copper and stainless steel surfaces. Husky Coil Sheen is a concentrated liquid cleaner for periodic maintenance cleaning of surfaces which require removal of copper patina, white rust and other oxides which form on the surface of metals. Husky Coil Sheen may be used for preparation of a coil surface prior to coating. Husky Coil Sheen does not contain hydrochloric, sulfuric, nitric or hydrofluoric acid, but rather our blend of natural mineral acids which do not produce the reactive gases and mist associated with harsher acidic cleaners. This specially blended hydrous solution of mineral acid and surfactants is "High Foaming" and its wetting ability provides superior penetration in loosening and dissolving oxides or rust. Husky Coil Sheen is free rinsing to make cleanup easy. Unlike many aggressive acidic cleaners, Husky Coil Sheen produces a natural cleaning effect on most metal alloys and galvanized steel without removing good metal. Husky Coil Sheen leaves you with a clean coil surface which aids in improved operating efficiency.
PRODUCT APPLICATIONS:
Bronz-Glow Husky Coil Guard is used for regular cleaning of uncoated aluminum and copper coils. Other uses include brightening of stainless steel, brass, etching of concrete and removing rust from steel. Husky Coil Sheen used at low to moderate concentrations to water provides for removal of impurities from the surface of the metal being treated. Husky Coil Sheen also deposits a light corrosion inhibiting salt onto the metal surface being treated. Husky Coil Sheen is so highly concentrated that for most industrial applications as little as a 2-6% solution by volume with water is sufficient to produce effective results. At these dilution rates a significant volume of powerful surface cleaner and conditioner can be made from a small amount of concentrate. As little as 5 gallons of Husky Coil Sheen concentrate can make up to 250 gallons of cleaner. This highly concentrated formula means that Husky Coil Sheen is more economical and versatile than many other metal deoxidizing solutions, coil cleaners and metal surface treatments.
