Conductivity Transmitter

The model TB82EC HART conductivity transmitter is designed for both field and panel mounting and is compatible with all ABB four-electrode conductivity sensors. Sensor designs include in-line, submersible, twist-lock, hot-tap, high pressure hot-tap, and sanitary versions. It constantly monitors both the sensor and the transmitter to detect any faults. The transmitter gives the user complete diagnostic information via the front display or STT04 hand-held communicator.

The unit can communicate with any HART compatible hand-held communication device, PC, or DCS. When using the keypad, the user interface consists of large LCD display and multi-function soft keys that guide the user through configuration, calibration, and interrogation of the instrument. Additional features of the microprocessor-based unit include two security levels, adjustable damping, direct reading in percentage concentration, and a hold output feature for ease of calibration.
