• Computerized mathematical modeling for precipitator sizing studies, performance prediction, evaluation of process changes, and vendor bid evaluations.
• Calculation of predicted opacity.
• Detailed design modifications such as conversion to rigid electrodes, rapper system upgrades, automatic voltage control upgrades, correction of gas flow distribution problems, ash removal system modifications, wet bottom to dry bottom conversions, and others.
