Control Valve for PM Fabric Auto Guides

Belur Automat Systems LTDair flow control valve supports the ACCU –TRAK series of pneumatic auto guides for paper machine fabrics, but can work with any type of actuator, either single acting with spring return or double acting. The valve is designed to operate trouble free, even with an air pressure of 6kg/cm². An FRL is a must and is in the best interest of both the user and the valve itself.

The company reports that most of its rotary type of control valves for pneumatic auto guides, including its earlier valves, have a tendency to seize at a pressure of 3.5kg/cm²-plus. This makes it very difficult for angular and vertical mounted guides to perform well. V-2000 effectively overcomes this problem. The rotating sensor and the counterweight result in extended operating life of paper machine fabrics. Edge wear-out was reduced, and the company reports that many Indian mills have adopted this technique.
