N/Aline of cooling towers, designed specifically for paper machine vacuum systems, is a counterflow forced draft monoblock type, which unlike traditional configurations, will handle the dirty seal water without clogging. Suspended solids, highly corrosive or acidic water, and scaling are all easily handled since all components of the tower that come in contact with the cooling water are plastic or stainless steel construction.
Models are supplied in two or three sections, depending on the cooling requirements, which may be bolted together at the job site. They do not require a special foundation and may be placed directly on a concrete slab. Installation is easily completed by simply anchoring the tower, connecting up the piping, and providing electrical service for the cooling fan.
