Prominent figures from the paper industry will be attending one of the industry's largest exhibitions in the Middle East during September, announces DirectRooms.com

Running from 26th to 28th September, Paper Arabia 2010 is the leading exhibition dedicated to the Middle East and North African markets. The show is being held within the city's Dubai International Exhibition Centre and will witness more than 150 exhibitors from 30 different countries taking part in the event.

The foremost companies from the paper industry will be exhibiting including manufacturers, converters, distributors and traders. There will also be participation from key businesses involved with paper producing machinery, pulp and paper chemicals.

Visitors residing in hotels Dubai can expect to see dedicated pavilions from France and China, with France presenting the leading developments in the production of fine quality paper. In addition, the Chinese pavilion will showcase an extensive variety of household paper products and recent innovations made to machinery for the industry.

Following a recent surge in demand for items such as tissues and wet wipes the show will also have a special focus on hygiene and disposable products.

The show represents an important market for international paper suppliers as although paper production is increasing each year in the UAE, demand in the Middle East is still higher than domestic supply. Approximately two thirds of paper products are currently being imported so global brands from around the world including the USA, UK, India, Austria and Taiwan will be on display for potential buyers.
