Dissolved Air Flotation Clarifiers

With a TSS capture rate of 95% or better and a typical sludge consistency of up to 12%, the Poseidon PPM Clarifier and Saturn Clarifier provide excellent performance. Due to their very low overflow rate, they tolerate upstream variations in flow rate and feed concentrations and achieve significant polymer savings.

These units reduce sludge volume and dewatering requirements and are fully capable of thickening process streams. By allowing the reuse of water, they save energy, reduce the need for fresh water and limit effluent volume. Furthermore, the recovery of fibers and other solids means a cleaner effluent and quicker payback.

The modular pre-mounted PPM Clarifier features a rectangular design, while the Saturn Clarifier features a column configuration, which makes maximum use of minimal floor space. These units require little or no field assembly, which saves time and money on installation costs. Simply unload, position and connect. Stainless steel and corrosionproof construction, along with a design which uses very few moving parts results in reliable and maintenance-free operation.
