Numerous tests have shown that DUROBLADE wear of the ceramic Anilox roll is very similar to that of steel blades.

The ceramic-tipped printing blade offers:

  • Constant printing quality over time
  • Consistent ink film thickness
  • Improved cleaning of the Anilox cylinder
  • Improved ink leakage rate through better sealing of the doctor chamber, resulting in cleaner production and less waste
  • In some cases, increased blade chamber seal lifetimes
  • Substantially longer blade lifetime

    DUROBLADE can also be used in other applications, e.g. in the plastic industry.
