The ProFlow Dye Metering and Post-Dilution System delivers precise, uniform quantities of dyes and optical enhancing chemicals to the paper machine. Utilizing precision metering pumps, the units are designed to give reproducible, accurate flows of these critical chemicals. This high degree of control of the flow translates directly in to more uniform dye intensity on the finished paper.
The system can be designed to include any number of pump modules in order to meet process requirements. Individual pump modules are interconnected, allowing them to feed to multiple machines and to serve as back-ups to each other. A spare pump module can be added to serve as a backup to any primary module.
The system features all stainless steel construction, is compact in design and includes a water flush loop to facilitate change-overs and clean outs.
