Enrichment and Upgrading

By removing impurities and contamination, with washing, scrubbing and gravimetric techniques, the quality and commercial value of construction and industrial minerals are improved. Our solutions for separation of valuable minerals like copper, zinc etc. from waste rock are based on vast experience and include a variety of technical solutions, such as magnetic separation, floatation and dense media separation. Upgrading include solutions for treatment of the commercial product by dewatering and thermal drying, as well as advanced thermal processing, such as pelletizing and calcining. For waste products our upgrading solutions provide efficient recovery of costly process water and enables tailings to be handled with minimum impact on the environment.
