Kadant Black Clawson is a Global supplier of key systems to the Chemical Pulping Mills with significant installations in the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and Europe. Comprised of Goslin Evaporation and Recaustizcizing systems used for recovery of the cooking chemicals used in the pulping process and KBC Chemi-Washers and Screens, KBC is a prominent supplier to the industry.

Goslin has pioneered the high solids Concentrator, allowing significant additional recovery boiler capacity firing at solids levels of over 75%, and now has over 100 systems installed worldwide. In addition to the evaporators, Goslin was one of the pioneers in the Recaustisizing process for recovering cooking chemicals in the Kraft and Soda processes, providing the economy for the Chemical Mills to operate.

KBC Chemi-Washers offer a unique, single machine approach to pulp washing, that offers simplicity of operation, exceptional water economy, and very high washing efficiencies that are incomparable in the industry. Coupled with the new ID-2 family of screen products, KBC offers a significant step forward for the Pulp Mill interested in quality improvements, and energy reduction in a competitive market.

KBC is capable of supplying complete washing, and screening plants as well as Evaporation and Recausticising plants in the Recovery Island, and Pulp Washers and Screens in the Pulping area. Systems are customized on the basis of production rates, fiber species, pulping methods as well as key environmental regulations to provide a high value, quick return on client investments.
