Lab Data Display

Testream/CS offers a unique capability to display test results (and, for production labs, the associated product quality specifications) in real time by automatically updating an intranet-based web page published on the Testream/CS Lab Server. Any PC with a network connection to the Testream/CS Lab Server can browse these web pages and see the latest test data received from the Testream/CS Interface Application programs as well as any other quality data sent to the Testream/CS Lab Server.

An invaluable tool for laboratory as well as production personnel, the Lab Data Display:

• Provides ready access to the complete detail of the test results, showing the individual data points as well as statistical summaries. No more 'averages only'!
  
• Makes historical lab results as readily available as current lab results. Users can simply 'scroll back in time' to see their test results from all preceding samples.
  
• Tells testers which tests need to be performed on each sample received in the lab.
  
• Alerts production to out of specification test results: sample IDs and test results are both highlighted and color coded for immediate review.
  
• Lists all out of specification properties per sample for rapid review
  
• Provides CD profile graphs as well as run graphs.

Mill labs typically define a number of different web pages, typically tailoring each to the unique data presentation requirements for each grade they produce. Research labs might define web pages for each project conducted by the lab, to function as project status displays.
