The ProFlow Liquid Polymer Metering and Post-Dilution System is a pre-engineered skid mounted system designed for continuos metering and post-dilution of liquid polymers. The flow of liquid polymer, supplied from either tote bins or bulk storage tanks, is regulated via a magnetic flowmeter which provides a control signal back to the variable speed drive gear pump via the flow controller. The setting of the dilution water flow rate is accomplished by use of a rotameter in the water supply line. The two streams are mixed together in an in-line static mixer.
The unit is pre-wired for simple installation. Featuring rugged components, stainless steel construction and compact design, the unit is ideal for plant trials, smaller paper mills and water treatment applications. The systems are available in capacities of 10, 30, 60 and 100 gpm.
