They are available in four sizes with nose mounted solid or double wall cylinder, clevis pin coupler, and travel to 32 inches to provide just the right system for your application. Pneumatic cylinder actuators are excellent for high torque, high speed applications requiring short stroke lengths. Pneumatic cylinder actuators provide a positive and cost effective mians of moving a wheel plate in a linear motion system.

Technical Information Pneumatic Cylinder Actuator Driven Systems are available with our standard pneumatic cylinder actuators up to 32 inch stroke. Our standard pneumatic cylinder actuators are sized to fit above the track plate mounting surface to allow easy system design and mounting. The actuators are selected to provide a long lasting, cost conscious, quality system. Each cylinder is double acting with either a solid or double wall. All cylinders include cushions which are essential to long lasting systems. The standard mount for pneumatic cylinder actuators is a nose mount with clevis coupler to the wheel plate that allows working compliance. Pneumatic Cylinder Actuators are an excellent choice in automation applications which require high torque, high speed, short stroke and low maintenance.

Lo Pro is available in four different sizes. Each size includes precision ground extruded aluminum standard or wiper wheel plates. The wiper wheel plate provides an excellent method of lubricating the running surface of the track and wheel.
