For more than twenty-five years the company's specialty has been servicing the slitters and winders of converters and mills. With systems specifically designed for loading and unloading, they have an innovative way to get from point A to point B.

Slitters & Rewinders
With the System 1000TM, they can automatically unload slit rolls, extract the shaft, feed the cut cores, re-core the shaft and automatically load the re-cored shaft back into the slitter. With options such as roll wrapping and palletizing, the dream of one supplier the finishing area can now be a reality. Each system is engineered, fabricated, machined, assembled and tested in-house to guarantee that quality standards are met.

Press Loading
The company designs press loading systems to safely move rolls into the press loading area, prepare them for splicing and remove stub rolls. The wrapped or unwrapped roll is delivered to the staging area or directly to the stripping station.

Winders & Unwinds
Whether shafted or shafltess, the company offers engineered solutions to handle rolls with an overhead or an on-the-floor system which will load or unload product for processing. The systems will manually or automatically handle all the aspects of the process to decrease operator intervention.
