Ruchira Papers Limited has successfully started up Paper Machine 3 (PM3), reinforcing its commitment to quality, efficiency, and future-ready production. Bellmer GmbH is pleased to have partnered as a key OEM, working closely with Saloni Paper Machines, to deliver a completely new press section featuring a state-of-the-art Shoe Press, along with an advanced Headbox and TopFormer.

Established in 1980, Ruchira Papers has steadily evolved from a small kraft paper producer into a respected paper manufacturer serving diverse market segments across India. Continuous investment in modern technology has been central to this growth, and the PM3 project represents another decisive step toward higher performance and sustainable production.

The newly installed Bellmer Shoe Press forms the heart of the PM3 upgrade, enabling higher post-press dryness, improved runnability, and lower energy consumption. Combined with Bellmer’s Headbox and TopFormer solutions, the system ensures excellent sheet formation, strength, and consistency at elevated production speeds.
