Pocono Fabricators Aquired By Sauereisen Inc.

Sauereisen Inc., a manufacturer of specialty materials in Pittsburgh, PA, announces the acquisition of Pocono Fabricators, a Division of Patterson-Kelley Co. and Harsco. This strategic asset purchase will provide Sauereisen with opportunity to strengthen its position in both existing and new markets. Pocono Fabricators was originally established in the mid 1960s to promote the use of their Pre-Krete® product line in potable water service. Over the years, Pocono Fabricators has established a strong reputation for enhancing the infrastructure of numerous industrial markets including Power Generation, Pulp & Paper, and Chemical Processing.

Pocono Fabricators will operate as a separate division of Sauereisen. Pre-Krete products will continue to be promoted and supplied through an international network of distributors/applicators assuring continuity of products and services. Robert B. Boileau will remain as General Manager of Pocono Fabricators. Sauereisen President Eric Sauereisen states, “the addition of the Pre-Krete products nicely supplements the polymer lining segment of our corrosion resistant product line.
