The Snowtex-O series feature acidic pH with good stability, whereas the conventional types have alkaline pH.
Nissan Chemical America-O series are acidic silica sols with a pH range of 2 – 4. Nissan Chemical America-O series exhibits excellent stability and is available in 5 different particle sizes (5 – 45 nm) and shapes (spherical and elongated). Snowtex-O should be used in coatings or media with an acidic pH.
