Bellmer is proud to announce the successful commissioning of the PM4 rebuild at Kuantum Papers, a leading paper manufacturer based in Punjab, India. The upgraded PM4 was officially commissioned on June 30th, 2025, and is part of Kuantum’s initiative to enhance production capacity, improve paper quality, and optimize operational efficiency. The rebuild includes state-of-the-art Bellmer technologies such as the TurboPress Shoe Press, TurboVacuum Stabilizers, TurboFeeders, and a TurboCalender with oil heating system. With these enhancements, Kuantum aims to increase production by 20% while significantly reducing steam and power consumption—an important step toward more sustainable manufacturing. Bellmer teams from Germany and India worked closely with Kuantum’s experts to ensure a smooth and timely execution of the project.
