The AquaKlear 400auto System
The AquaKlear 400auto System, which is the ideal for many medium size facilities, will out perform a 10,000 gallon filter press system. We configure each system with our MC line of chemistry to provide you with the most competitive cost of treatment, combined with the safest sludge available for landfill disposal - guaranteed. All of the automated AquaKlear Systems have advanced Allen-Bradley controls with special treatment options and full pH capabilities.
Operating Principle
Complete pH control and treatment takes place in the upper treatment tank. A continuous trough shaped bandfilter utilizing a paper type filtration media automatically filters the treated effluent. The solids are then released onto the bandfilter, which advances as needed automatically. The bandfilter is driven by a geared electric motor with a chain drive and regulated by a level-control swithc that monitors sludge build-up on the media (filter paper). Dual press rollers with wiper system provides forcible dewatering of the sludge. After dewatering, the sludge-laden filter paper is conveyed into a separate disposal container. All filtered effluent is stored in the bottom effluent tank and then pumped out before the next treatment batch finishes.
