BTG, Division of Spectris Technologies Inc.300 is an in-line transmitter that is virtually insensitive to variations in filler and fines content, making it particularly suitable for use with recycled and mechanical pulp suspensions. The unit measures the total consistency of pulp suspensions in the range of 0.1-3.5% independent of varying content of filler and fines. It features no moving parts and a non-clogging probe design. It is engineered for simple installation directly into the main pipe, and the probe can be safely removed without shutting down the process.
