TRAQ Manager Roll Tracking System on .NET
TRAQ Manager has been written in Visual Studio.Net to be fully object-oriented with a scalable multi-tier architecture, with the support of managed code execution, multi-threading, structured exception handling, attribute-based programming, and much more.
All TRAQ Manager systems will now be built from standard TRAQ Manager components that will be maintained as a set of common core functions.
These core components will enable customization of different business rules for each mill. For the first time, mills will obtain a product upgrade path without loosing the customizations done for each mill
By isolating a business rules layer and a presentation layer and a standardized core of TRAQ Manager objects, we are able to deploy the same code in all installations.
Using the Microsoft Mobile Internet Toolkit, TRAQ Manager can run on a vast array of handheld computers, webpads and wireless devices.
We expose a rich set of business interfaces to enable customers and third-party developers to create their own applications. These interfaces are implemented as web services to simplify cross-platform development. With data traveling between the different modules using XML standards, different systems can easily exchange information.
