Every mount is designed with a fine wire-contact feature that permits easy adjustment, yet discourages unauthorized tampering. The pneumatic lift mechanism raises the dandy roll quickly and smoothly, and the swing-lock feature allows the roll to be locked in an elevated position without constant application of air pressure.
Integral pivot motor bases are another feature available with the mounts. Belt tension is constant regardless of the roll position, therefore roll speed can be maintained throughout normal lift cycles.
